  4. Take the potato peel and wash,using a parisian scoop,scoop out the potatoes and it will give you small round balls.blunch them in tumeric water when done run them under cold water
  5. In a clean plate,place lettuce on plate,take the tuna and gently lay then over the lettuce,garnish the plate with the eggs,french beans,potatoes and olives
  6. Drizzle the vinigraite over the salad and serve
