Prepare For the dough
Get 1 cup multigrain atta (flour)(flour)

Get 2 tbsp chopped green capsicum

Get 1 medium sized onion chopped
Make ready 6-7 processed cheese cubes grated
Prepare 1 tsp red chilli flakes
Prepare 1 tsp pizza seasoning
Make ready 1/4 cup pizza sauce
Get As needed Butter for brushing
Instructions to make Multigrain Pizza platter:
For the dough: Mix all the ingredients and knead a soft dough like roti. Keep it aside for 10-15 minutes.
For the stuffing/topping: Keep all the chopped vegetables ready along with grated cheese.
For thin crust pizza: Take a ball from the dough and roll a bit thick roti and make impressions with fork. Cook it in a pan lightly on both the sides.
Now apply the pizza sauce on the base and top it with the vegetables, paneer, pizza seasoning, chilli flakes and generous amount of cheese and cook it in a covered pan. Your thin crust pan pizza is ready to serve!
For the rose shaped pizza: Roll a thin roti and apply pizza sauce on it. Place around 1&1/2 tbsp of stuffing in the centre. Make 4 cuts at 90°. Tuck two opposite sides first one after the other and then the other two opposite sides to give a shape like rose. Place it in a katori so the shapes remains intact.
For the flower shaped pizza: Roll a thin roti and apply pizza sauce on it. Place around 1&1/2 tbsp of stuffing in the centre. Now join opposite sides of the circle. Then the other two opposite sides of the circle. Join all the four shapes fromed. Pinch the ends of all the corners so it looks like a flower.
While we are shaping the pizzas add salt to make a layer in cooker and pre heat on medium flame for 10 minutes. Now keep all rose and flower shaped pizzas to be baked in cooker.
Cook them for 30-35 minutes on slow flame of big burner. After 25 minutes brush the pizzas with butter and let them cook until done.
Serve all the different shaped healthy pizzas together!
