  7. Heat a griddle on high and cook the chicken on all sides until charred.
  8. After they are coked through, serve with some lettuce, salad, on wraps if you like!

You can also serve the chicken souvlaki (skewers) wrapped, like a sandwich. I'm not sure where I found this recipe, but it has become one of our family favorites. It is so quick and easy to put together and does not require marinating time. This is excellent for summer meals because it's so light. Also great sliced over salad greens for a complete meal.
