Take 1/2 kg baigan (2 pc)

Prepare 1 cup chopped tomatoes
Get 1 cup chopped onions
Prepare 1 cup boiled corn
Make ready 1/2 cup grated paneer
Take For dough
Take 2 cups jowar aata
Prepare 1/2 cup wheat flour
Take Water as reqd
Make ready For garnish
Make ready 1 cup hung curd
Get 1/2 tsp salt
Take 1 pinch roasted jeera powder
Get 1 leaf mint
Instructions to make Fusion Pizza:
Apply oil on the baigan and roast it on the gas directly. Remove the skin and keep it aside. Boil the corn and keep it aside.
Heat oil, chop the onions, and make a paste of green chillies, garlic and ginger. Add jeera after the oil gets hot. Then add hing, green chillies, garlic and ginger paste and onions. Saute till golden brown.
Add the spices mix well, now add the roasted baigan. Mix well so all the spices dwell with each other. Now add the coriander leaves. Bharta is ready.
Now chop the toppings and grate the paneer
Now to make the base for pizza, take both the flours and knead a soft dough. Now divide the dough in 4 parts. Now take one portion and start flattening between your palms and make a base.
Make it big. Now with a vati cut in round shape. Take a tawa and cook on both sides.
Now finally prepare the pizza. Firstly spread the bharta, then corn and tomatoes
And now the onions and grated paneer. Pizza is ready. To make the garnish, take hung curd, salt and roasted jeera powder and mint leaf.
