Knead a smooth dough out of all the ingredients mentioned under it. Cover and keep aside for 15 minutes. In a large mixing bowl, add all the ingredients mentioned under aloo stuffing. Mix well.
Divide the dough into equal sized balls. Roll into small discs at first. Place about full of stuffing on each. Gather all the edges together and seal properly to secure the stuffing and then roll into a larger disc or a Paratha. Follow the same for all the parathas.
